How will I receive my portrait?Your final portrait will be delivered directly to the email provided at the time of ordering. This will be sent as a high-quality .JPG file, ready to be printed at home. No need to wait for shipping or worry about delays - it’s all instant and hassle-free, so you can start spreading smiles right away!

I have 2 images that I'd like to combine. Is this something you can do?Absolutely! It's such a special thing to combine a memory. If you would like to combine images or have any ideas for a custom piece, please email me at: homelifebalanceblog@gmail.com and chat to me about your ideas.

What if there is something in the piece that I'd like to change?Don't worry! When you are emailed your portrait, you can make any changes you want until you are completely satisfied with the result. But keep in mind that making changes takes more time on my part, so try to be as detailed as possible in your initial request.

How long will it take my portrait to be ready?You will receive your custom portrait within 3-5 working days.

I don't have a printer, what can I do?No worries! Send me an email on homelifebalanceblog@gmail.com and I can organise print for you. Please be advised that this does incur an additional charge and postage.
